 2. Configuration Performance
2-1. Standard Configuration Performance   
1)  Die Clamping System
  1. The start and end actions of coupling and uncoupling of mould produce a buffer to decrease the machine's shake and increase the stability, with a function of low pressure locking mould to protect the die.
  2. The different moulds can be casting, the Hydraulic mould adjustment system is in appliance with a Hydraulic motor featuring safety and stability. The pressure and speed of opening and closing mould is adjustable.   
  3. The cooling water distributor valve and return water equipment is in application.
  4. The application of a central electric lubricating pump which is controlled by PLC with a function of alarm for lubricating failure can lubricate each wearing points, sliding point in fixed amount and fixed timing. The lubricating time and quantity is adjustable.
(5)  The lubrication of the toggle part is in applied of the central lubricating system and the fixed amount distributor. It ensures each wearing point obtaining the oil and the machine can work credibly.
(6)  The Plunger tip is in applied of automatic lubricating unit.
(7)   There platens and toggle are one time formed & manufactured by the imported machinery    center(TOSHIBA CNC), and examined by the large size there-coordinate measuring system, so as to ensure the high dimensional precision and long time working without failure.
 
2)  Injection System
(1)  The system obtains 3 stages injection functions.   
(2)  The injection system fitted independent injection accumulator, boosting accumulator and Hydraulic loop, safety and high efficiency in production.
  • (3)  The stroke of the mould clamping is controlled by non-contact displacement transducer , and the stroke of injection is controlled by the Proximity Switch featuring precision.
(4)  The technical parameter of injection speed, injection force, the time of pressure-storing is adjustable by PLC computer.
(5) There is an application of Dual-loop boosting injection system without back pressure,high performance for injection.
 
  1. Hydraulic System.
  1. There can be equipped 3 group core pulling units.
  2. The die casting machine is in applied of dual oil cylinder to ejector from the center of platen. The ejector unit is fitted at the back of the moving platen. Under the control of the delay system, the connection of the ejection board and electric cylinder can be easy to chose the proper time for ejecting the bar (pulling the bar) according to the design of the mould. The delay time, pressure, speed for ejector is adjustable.
 
  1. The famous imported high & low pressure pump is applied, which is in high performance, less noise and save power. The system of keeping oil clean is applied in the oil feed center. Consequently, it can decrease the oil economy, low down the temperature of the oil, which can be reliable to work in the summer.
  2. The most main valves are imported from world famous company. They are in high performance of interchange, stability. And the leakage of oil is less; the system of oil circuit is safe and reliable with long life using.
  3. There is a hydraulic height indication device with alarm function.
  4. The application of high efficient hydraulic fluid cooler ensures the hydraulic and oil can be used under the allowed temperature. Between 0ºC to 50ºC, the machine can normal startup, consistent work.
  5. Hydropressure components, sealing parts, electric parts, etc are famous brand. They are in high reliability and un-leakage.
  6. Hydropressure tank is convenient to clean and change oil.     
 
4)  Electric and Control System
  • (1)  The imported Omron PLC control system with touch screen has many functions, such as: technology setting menu in English, the indicator of working situation, production management, parameter setting, situation supervising, failure diagnosis, parameter storing and so on.
(2)  The standard plug is applied in the connection among the controlling electric case, motor case and machine.
(3)  The electric components are mostly purchased from GERMAN Schneider-electric. They are safe and reliable, steady performance, long using life. The indicator lamps are applied in the switches and buttons to show the working situation.    
(4)  There are reserved interface for the extraction unit, automatic die spray unit, automatic ladling unit and plunger head lubricating unit.
(5) The die casting machine's each action is controlled by safe appointment. If the machine insufficiently work, there will be a alarm, and close the associated working information and the failure circuits.

2-2. Optional Configuration Performance  
  1. Adjustable injection position system
The simple description of the function: the injection position can be lifting adjustment on the tie bar style injection connection part according to the Buyer's producing requirement and drawing.
  1. Injection Technology Automatic Adjustment System
Function: the of speed of the 1st stage fast injection and 2nd stage injection are controlled by a group of fast reactive proportional valves; Booster injection is in application of another reactive proportional valves to control the time of pressure-storing; The valve and sensor can corporately control the pressure of the auto-accumulation, and then control the injection pressure.
 
  1. Parabola Injection Function
Function: the application of the close loop proportional valve to control the slow injection. The slow injection can be divided into10 steps around for speed control to improve the interior quality of the casting.
 
  1. The Indication of the Injection Curve
   Matching certain sensors which can display the injection curve and with the large PC storage, It is easy for technical setting, injection and pressure's speed curve stored, production management. It can be used for network control (faulty diagnosis and program modify) by install a network card. It is great to improve the efficiency of production.
