Heavy Duty Hydraulic Sheet Plate CNC 3 Roller Bending Machine

1. Summarize:
This belongs to four roller plate rolling machine, up roller is fixed and it is the main drive, hydraulic motor driven by variable speed drive gear up and down roller belt drive, to provide
torque for the roll sheet; under the roller moves vertically through the hydraulic pressure acting on the piston of hydraulic cylinder obtained in order to clamp plate for hydraulic transmission; the down roll of the sides with side roller and cylinder driven by oil. The machine advantage of end plate bending (pre-bending) and rolling can be conducted on the same machine.

3. Structure and main parts:
This equipment composed of work frame, upper roll device, main drive device, down roll device, side roll device, overturn device, hydraulic system (parts), electricity system (parts), and lubricate device.
 
3-1: Work frame
Body from the base, a fixed side frame and the tip side of the rack and each part is steel welded structure. Were fixed with bolts on both sides of the rack in the base and sides of the rack will be used to connect beams connected to rigidity good. Both sides of the rack up roller and side rollers with movement of rail, fixed on the side of the rack with roller bearing for half of the closed frame structure, have overturned side rack shelf support devices. 3-2: Upper roll device

The material of the up roller is 42CrMo; heat hardening is HB220-300.
 
3-3: main drive device:
By the Hydraulic motor, three speed reduction gear, transmission torque to the up roller. This device includes motors and speed reduction gear box. Power supply is 380V/50Hz.
 
3-4: Down roller device:
Down roller supports under the bearing, the bearing housings on both sides of the rack mounted inside the track, the bottom of the piston and cylinder connected. Bearing in the liquid under pressure can rise and fall along the rail, according to the size of the thrust rod, steel plate under the roller clamping force required by the hydraulic system pressure control valve be adjusted. 3-5: Side roller device:

3-6: Overturn device:

3-7: Hydraulic system (parts)
Hydraulic system consists of gear pump, valve, fluid connectors, hydraulic accessories.Superposition valve series hydraulic valves used, piping layout simple and easy to maintain debugging.
System consists of three circuit composed of overpressure protection and pressure control loops, synchronization loop, speed loop.
Loop through the main relief valve pressure regulator conditioning system working pressure. System working pressure 19.5Mpa.
 
3-8: Electricity system (parts)
Electrical control system includes the electrical box, operation control panel, hand-held button. Main switch with short circuit protection and the main motor overload protection. Reversible motor contactor control by the exchange; control circuit is controlled by PLC programmable controller system, relay less reliable action and long life. Control cabinet with the completion of the process of rolling all products control buttons, lights, etc. to the operation of the machine control and status control.
 
3-9: Lubricate device
The main and side roller drive gear reducer with oil pool splash lubrication, cooling, when the ambient temperature: -10 ~ 0 ºC use of N46, N68 lubricant, when the temperature:0 ~ 40 ºC use of N68, N100, N150, N220 oil and other lubrication points manually lubricating oil gun, the working medium for the calendar grease ZGN40-1 (winter use) and ZGN40-2 (summer only) fuel system of work for the class 1 or 2 times.

4.    Warranty
Since plate rolling machine reached the agreed destination, its main parts will be guaranteed within one year or 1000 hours (subject to the earlier mature term). We take charge of all troubles caused by plate rolling machine's fault and repair according to the regulation stipulated by original plants. Factors not accordance with the regulation of original plants such as daily consumed components, wrong operating, lack of maintenance are not included in the quality guarantee.
 
4.1- The supplier, warrants that the equipment(s) supplied under the contract is (are) new, unused, of the most recent or current models and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. SUPPLIER warrants that the equipment(s) supplied under this contract shall have no defect arising from design, materials or workmanship or from any act or omission of the act of SUPPLIER that may develop under normal use of the supplied equipment in the conditions obtaining in the country of final destination. This warranty shall remain valid 12 (twelve) months after the equipments(s) has (have) been delivered and commissioned to the final destination indicated in the contract, or for 1000hours whichever period concludes earlier. If the BUYER delays to commissioning, must keep the original schedule time 12 months.
 
4.2-The BUYER shall promptly notify the SUPPLIER in writing of any claims arising under this warranty.
 
4.3-Upon receipt of such notice, the SUPPLIER shall, with all reasonable speed, repair or replace the defective equipment or parts thereof, without costs to the BUYER other than the cost of inland delivery of the repaired or replaced equipment or parts from the port of entry (or place for discharge in the country of destination) to the final destination.
 
4.4-If the SUPPLIER, having been notified, fails to remedy the defect(s) within 30 days, the BUYER may proceed to take such remedial action as may be necessary, at the Supplier's risk and expense and without prejudice to any other rights which the BUYER may have against the SUPPLIER under this Contract.
