III. Hydraulic System
1. The hydraulically driven rolling force is stable and capable of continuous operation.
2. The rolling cylinder ensures sufficient hydraulic pressure to complete the thread rolling of the product.
3. The rolling cylinder utilizes two sets of hydraulic cylinders arranged in parallel along the axial direction of the rolling axis. This ensures that during radial rolling, the active and passive rolling axes remain parallel under load.
Multiple sets of hydraulic cylinders ensure synchronized advance and retraction during operation.
4. The rolling cylinder stroke is adjustable and features a mechanical position lock.
5. The hydraulic system is equipped with a radiator with sufficient heat exchange capacity.
IV. Rolling Functions
1. The equipment provides both axial and radial rolling functions.
2. The equipment features roller angle adjustment to meet the requirements of axially rolling long screws. A corresponding rotary plate angle indicator scale is provided to facilitate angle observation and recording during adjustment. 3. The equipment features roller zero-angle adjustment for easy roller adjustment and prevents thread rot.
V. Lubrication System
1. The guide rails are equipped with a manual pump oil lubrication system.

VI. Operational Functions
1. Automatic, manual, and foot-operated programs are available.
