Application Fields:

CY1530E-1000/1500/2000W fiber laser cutting machine is the perfect combination of numerical control technology and laser system.
It supports the cutting of sheet metal with 3000mm×1500mm format. It is with fast processing speed, small thermal effect and
smooth slit. It is sheet metal processing industry preferences.

The CY1530E features a fiber cutting head with Swiss technology and a professional QBH fiber optic output interface for a highly
sealed and precise focus calibration. Owing to the excellent performance of high-speed capacitive sensor, the cutting gap can be
as short as 0.1mm, which not only improves the cutting performance, but also reduces the gas consumption.

Mobile gantry structure machine base

Machine base: frame structure welded with high quality pipe, professional welding, secondary aging treatment, precision machining of large gantry milling machine. These design and processing methods ensure the machine has excellent shock resistance, high rigidity and stability.
The guide rail is equipped with a dust cover to prevent dust and debris from falling into the guide rail to affect the movement, keeping clean and smooth movement. The stainless-steel plate is installed at the connection between the dust cover and the beam to prevent the spark cover from being quickly damaged and burning.

Cyptube Control software

General functions include graphics processing, parameter settings, custom cutting process editing, nesting, path planning,
simulation, and cutting process control.
Supports speed-dependent power adjustment and can set separate lead-in line speeds.
The material process library function allows all process parameters to be saved for reuse of the same material.
