Laser cutting machine is to focus the laser emitted from the laser into a high power density laser beam through the optical system. The laser beam irradiates the surface of the workpiece to make the workpiece reach the melting point or boiling point. At the same time, the high-pressure gas coaxial with the beam blows away the molten or vaporized metal.

CY1530E-1000/1500/2000W fiber laser cutting machine is the perfect combination of numerical control technology and laser system.
It supports the cutting of sheet metal with 3000mm×1500mm format. It is with fast processing speed, small thermal effect and
smooth slit. It is sheet metal processing industry preferences.

The CY1530E features a fiber cutting head with Swiss technology and a professional QBH fiber optic output interface for a highly
sealed and precise focus calibration. Owing to the excellent performance of high-speed capacitive sensor, the cutting gap can be
as short as 0.1mm, which not only improves the cutting performance, but also reduces the gas consumption.

Specification

1) Numerical control system: control the machine tool to realize the movement of X, y, Z axis, and also control the output power of laser.
2) Regulated power supply: connected between laser, CNC machine and power supply system. It mainly plays the role of preventing external power grid interference.
3) Cutting head: mainly including cavity, focusing lens base, focusing mirror, capacitive sensor and auxiliary gas nozzle and other parts. The cutting head driving device is used to drive the cutting head to move along the z-axis according to the program, which is composed of servo motor, screw rod or gear and other transmission parts
