Roller press is designed according to the principle of bed grinding, its main features are: high pressure, full speed, full material, bed crushing. The roller press is composed of two extrusion rolls, one is fixed roll, the other is movable roll.

Characteristic

Increase output: the roller press is installed in the grinding system, and its high pressure load is transferred to the material layer to be ground through the diameter of the double rollers. Most of the energy is used for mutual extrusion between materials. The sound energy and heat energy generated by material friction are converted into material deformation energy to make it deform, tear and crush, which can give full play to the potential capacity of the grinding equipment and increase the output by 50-1% The total energy consumption can be reduced by 20% - 30%, which improves the production efficiency of the whole system.

Reduce power consumption: grinding materials with roller press. After rolling, not only the particle size of the material is greatly reduced, but also the bond work index is significantly reduced, which greatly improves the grinding condition of the follow-up mill and reduces the unit power consumption of the whole grinding system. The total power consumption of grinding system can be significantly reduced. Compared with the traditional grinding method, the energy saving is 25-50%, and the annual power saving benefit is considerable.
